Strategic Project Leader

This role is responsible for leading strategic initiatives for large and high-complexity projects, which may involve customer-specific requirements, product introductions, or transfers. The successful candidate will ensure all project requirements and objectives are gathered, understood, and properly translated for execution.


Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate and lead strategic initiatives for large and high-complexity projects
• Collaborate with customers from requirements gathering through product acceptance
• Align teams to customer needs by establishing milestones, goals, and objectives
• Review project schedules with engineering and business management

Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
12+ years of experience in project management or a related discipline
Strong ability to navigate diversified landscapes with respect to country cultures, company divisions, and internal hierarchies

Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree
Knowledge of dormakaba's operating policies and procedures
