Patient Care Coordinator

MaineHealth, a leading healthcare organization in Maine and New Hampshire, is seeking a highly skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team.
About the RoleThis position requires a dedicated individual who will assist in providing exceptional patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Assist with daily living activities for patients, ensuring their comfort and dignity are maintained at all times.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the Registered Nurse.
- Participate in basic nursing procedures, such as vital sign taking and medication administration, under the guidance of the Registered Nurse.
- Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
- Current BLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
- Relevant experience preferred.
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000-$50,000 per year, depending on experience.
