The Advanced Patient Care Specialist role at MaineHealth is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Registered Nurse to utilize their expertise in patient assessment and care delivery.

About the Role:This position requires a professional nurse who can work effectively in an ambulatory setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care services, including administering medications and performing treatments
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program
- A valid state license as a Registered Professional Nurse
- BLS certification
- At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an ambulatory setting
