About the Role

The Registered Nurse II will be responsible for delivering patient care to assigned patients on the OB-GYN Unit, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care. As a fully competent practitioner of nursing, you will exercise independent judgment in implementing care plans, assessing patient needs, and developing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote a safe and therapeutic environment by assisting with the planning and implementation of hospital policies and procedures
- Perform in-depth assessments utilizing advanced knowledge and skills to anticipate and detect subtle shifts in patient status
- Collaborate with providers to develop multidisciplinary plans of care while proactively anticipating potential patient care needs

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Must have a High School Diploma/General Educational Development (GED) and a valid Registered Nurse credential
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Be proficient in using computer software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to lift, move, and load 30 to 50 pounds, as well as work alternate shift schedules, including day, evening, nights, and weekends.
