Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately record and track all financial donations, pledges, and in-kind contributions in the CRM system.
  • Ensure all donations are processed promptly and follow internal protocols.
  • Maintain detailed records of donation sources, amounts, and donor information.
  • Generate and send timely and personalized thank-you letters, receipts, and other acknowledgment communications to donors.
  • Compile and analyze donor data to provide insights and trends that inform fundraising strategies and decision-making.
  • Prepare regular reports on fundraising activities, donation trends, and donor engagement for the development team and senior management.
Requirements
  • Preferred experience in non-profit development, fundraising, event coordination, or a related area.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with fundraising software and donor databases / CRMs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Competitive salary range of $21.00 to $28.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
