Compensation

  • Salary Range: $160,000 to $185,000 annually.

Overview:

As a pivotal member of the client management team at Addison Group, you will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new project opportunities within the Geotechnical domain, guiding them from initial engagement to successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize our advanced expertise, proprietary methodologies, and global collaborations to effectively tackle and resolve a wide array of slope stability and foundation challenges across various geological environments.
  • Employ industry-leading sales strategies and tools to develop and implement account plans designed to achieve sales objectives and foster growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities with current clients while expanding the overall client portfolio.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Conduct regular consultations and negotiations to understand client requirements, address concerns, and propose suitable solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure the effective delivery of company solutions and services.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor actions, and industry advancements to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, emphasizing performance and growth for significant accounts.
  • Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies, including pricing, promotions, and contract negotiations.
  • Address any issues or disputes between the company and key accounts promptly, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Remain updated on industry trends, market conditions, and client needs to proactively identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ability to perform field assessments, navigate challenging terrains, and evaluate geohazards during site inspections.
  • Travel & Work Location: Significant travel required as necessary. Must be based in Indiana and within a one-hour commute of a major airport.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geology, or a related discipline.
  • Over 12 years of experience in a B2B consultative sales environment.
  • Industry-specific experience is highly desirable, focusing on the alignment of relevant experience, job requirements, and the execution of responsibilities.
  • Exceptional dedication to both internal and external customers, keenly understanding their needs and proactively seeking innovative ways to surpass their expectations.
  • Genuine, principled, and modest, with the capacity to cultivate trust and followership across all organizational tiers.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving enduring results within a dynamic, fast-paced environment with constrained resources and infrastructure.
  • Capable of guiding and influencing a team without direct authority.
  • Strong commercial insight with a knack for deal-making.
