Position Summary:
This role is designed to be hybrid, requiring in-office attendance twice a week. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Integrated Marketing Manager who is prepared to leverage their marketing strategy and execution expertise within a dynamic, publicly traded organization. The ideal candidate will have a successful history of crafting and implementing multi-channel B2B marketing initiatives by collaborating with essential stakeholders across product, sales, and sales enablement to achieve revenue objectives. A profound understanding of market dynamics and customer needs will be crucial in guiding go-to-market strategies for effective product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Utilize market insights, customer behavior, and competitor data to generate actionable recommendations that shape integrated positioning, messaging, and campaign strategies.
  • Customer Experience Mapping: Work alongside cross-functional teams to employ proprietary and external research to refine target personas, understand buyer needs, and outline purchasing decision processes.
  • Strategic Marketing Development: Lead and contribute to defining market opportunities through a thorough comprehension of business objectives, solution offerings, roadmaps, and pricing strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and execution of impactful marketing campaigns driven by data insights, including managing messaging calendars, campaign budgets, and evaluating post-campaign performance.
  • Messaging & Positioning: With minimal oversight, create marketing campaign briefs and messaging frameworks that capitalize on business opportunities to achieve strong marketing results.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate closely with Sales and key marketing stakeholders to produce compelling sales materials and ensure consistent experiences at trade shows to enhance sales pipeline opportunities.
  • Leadership: Maintain a holistic view of projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery while effectively navigating beyond formal responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in integrated, product, or channel marketing.
  • Proven success in developing marketing strategies and executing them across multiple marketing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage customer, market, and competitive insights to inform marketing and product strategy.
  • Successful collaboration with Product Management and Sales at various seniority levels to achieve key business goals.
  • Experience in data-driven decision-making and performance evaluation to optimize marketing activities.
  • Strong ability to define and measure metrics that assess the impact of marketing initiatives.
  • Capacity to quickly prioritize and adapt to changing business requirements and market conditions.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with in-office commitments.
