Job Description

Crowell & Moring LLP is a leading international law firm with a strong presence in the United States, Europe, MENA, and Asia. We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the recruitment process for law students, judicial clerks, and lateral associates/counsel/professional track attorneys.
  • Manage the search firm fee agreements process, including execution, tracking, and compliance with departmental standards.
  • Coordinate the registration process for recruitment with law schools across the U.S.
  • Schedule candidate interviews and work with the Legal Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Prepare and distribute interview materials, including schedules, candidate application materials, and interview guides.
  • Coordinate logistics for candidate interviews, including scheduling conference room reservations and technology setup.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, including interview confirmation details, offer letters, and candidate status updates.
  • Maintain candidate recruitment files and track participation in engagement activities.
  • Assist with preparing firm listings in the NALP Directory of Legal Employers and responding to recruitment surveys.
  • Coordinate and support department budget administration, including credit card reconciliation and processing invoices and reimbursements.
