Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring proper functioning and organization
- Assist with document preparation, scanning, and filing, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Receive and direct phone calls, emails, and mail, ensuring timely and efficient communication
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring smooth project execution
