Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements

  • Assist with document preparation, scanning, and filing, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Receive and direct phone calls, emails, and mail, ensuring timely and efficient communication

Requirements
