Position Overview
In response to our expanding operations, we are looking for experienced Field Service Engineers to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting our Client Teams throughout the United States, particularly in the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, Southeast, and Midwest regions.

Our Field Service Engineers play a crucial role in delivering high-quality testing and commissioning services. With a robust team of over 200 skilled engineers and technicians, we ensure that our clients receive safe, efficient, and cost-effective solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize industry-standard testing and commissioning protocols, including IEEE and NETA.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professional relationships with clients.
  • Facilitate effective communication and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Conduct advanced troubleshooting and analysis of protection and control systems.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project progress, issues, and test results.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards during all testing activities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in testing and commissioning within electric utilities or complex power plants.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently with initiative.
  • Intermediate knowledge of electrical protection systems and AC/DC schematics.
  • Proficiency in utilizing testing equipment and software.

Travel Requirements
Candidates must be willing to travel extensively, with the potential for up to 80% of their time spent on the road. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
