We are seeking a meticulous and organized Administrative Coordinator to support our bid management operations. Key Responsibilities
- Generate proposal identifiers to establish digital filing systems and organize RFPs according to company protocols.

- Assist estimators by scheduling site visits as requested and coordinating necessary arrangements.
