About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at Staffosaurus. As a key member of our mental health and substance abuse treatment team, you will play a vital role in providing direct care and support to individuals receiving treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and support to individuals undergoing mental health and substance abuse treatment.
  • Assist in the implementation of treatment plans under the supervision of licensed professionals.
  • Respond to crisis situations by implementing appropriate interventions and de-escalation techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, progress, and treatment interventions.
  • Advocate for the rights and well-being of individuals receiving treatment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or similar - Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (preferred).
  • Relevant certification or licensure (CRMA preferred).
  • Experience working in mental health or substance abuse treatment settings.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
