The Strategic Sales Executive role focuses on uncovering new market prospects, driving organizational growth, and optimizing revenue streams. This position necessitates proactive outreach through direct communication, presentations, and demonstrations with potential sports organizations. The sales methodology is consultative, encompassing outbound prospecting, conducting exploratory discussions, delivering presentations, crafting proposals, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, self-driven, enthusiastic, resilient, and well-organized. While travel is generally limited, there may be instances requiring in-person presentations for key opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the promotion of the company's offerings by generating new enterprise sales opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Effectively oversee the sales team to maximize revenue and meet organizational goals.
  • Identify, cultivate, and finalize new solution opportunities to drive significant growth.
  • Collaborate with partners to enhance solution offerings and deliver greater value to clients.
  • Develop and implement territory management plans and sales support strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in high-volume sales or business development with a comprehensive sales cycle.
  • Experience in sports insurance and/or athlete safety is a plus.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Expertise in conducting online software demonstrations across various platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly via phone and email.
  • Adept at quickly understanding product/service details and articulating their value to potential partners.
  • Proficient in general computer applications including G-Suite tools, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, etc.
