About the Role

Capital One is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with dealers and sales managers, while providing exceptional customer service to our internal Auto Finance business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate Positive Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with dealers and sales managers to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Optimize Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to create strategic deals and goals with dealerships.
  • Review Underwriting Structure: Analyze and optimize the underwriting process for Capital One Auto Finance (COAF) to ensure efficient and effective funding.
  • Guide Deals: Collaborate with internal teams to guide deals through the funding process, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Analyze Territory Production Goals: Monitor and analyze territory production goals to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to achieve desired results.
  • Partner with Peers and Teammates: Collaborate with peers and teammates to achieve operational alignment and mutual objectives.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent certification is required.
  • Financial Services or Business-to-Business Sales Experience: At least 1 year of experience in financial services or business-to-business sales is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business: A bachelor's degree in business is preferred.
  • Auto Finance Experience: 2+ years of experience in auto finance is preferred.
  • Customer Relations Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer relations is preferred.
  • Customer Service Experience: 5+ years of experience in customer service is preferred.
