Job Title: CTO QA Label Specialist

This is a 100% onsite position with a unique blend of technical and analytical skills. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

The Quality Assurance Label Control (QALC) Labeling Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of production labels and records. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of cGMPs and domestic regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate, issue, reconcile, and manage production labels and records
  • Develop and improve label issuance processes to drive operational efficiency
  • Work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional departments to finalize time-sensitive deliverables
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with cGMPs and domestic regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in a cGMP/FDA regulated environment
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant labeling experience in a cGMP/FDA regulated environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills with MS Office and Quality Systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
