As a Senior Electrical Engineer in our Seattle office, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, safeguard global environments, and contribute to a greener future for all.

Key Responsibilities:

In this capacity, you will oversee project tasks, delegate responsibilities, and balance workloads for Engineers and Designers to meet client expectations and project timelines. You will provide essential training and review work to ensure adherence to established engineering principles. Mentoring employees through project work will be a vital aspect of your role, fostering growth at all levels. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, particularly the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Qualifications of a Successful Senior Electrical Engineer:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE); Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain registration in Arizona.
  • 8-10+ years of hands-on engineering experience and team leadership in a consulting environment.
  • Proficiency in designing building systems or leading design projects across MEP disciplines.
  • Experience with healthcare, laboratory, higher education, commercial, infrastructure, or industrial projects.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Quick technical comprehension with a focus on client outcomes.
