Key Responsibilities- Define and Build a Vision: Develop a comprehensive vision for the next generation of AI-powered shopping experiences on Amazon, working backwards from customer needs and objectives.

- Write Feature Requirements: Craft disruptive solutions for complex problems, working across teams to evaluate technology trends and define a roadmap of features that delights our customers.
- Collect User Research and Feedback: Develop and execute strategies for collecting user research and customer feedback, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate launch readiness and identify areas to improve.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Build and execute a go-to-market strategy for new features, ensuring seamless integration with existing Amazon services.
- Bachelor's Degree: In a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or business.
- Experience: 4+ years of technical product or program management experience, with a strong understanding of frontend development principles and best practices.
- Technical Background: Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies, including a basic understanding of how generative AI works and its applications in conversational AI.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive innovation, and navigate ambiguous and complex scenarios.
