BMW of Bridgeport is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Service Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payments and handle customer transactions with professionalism and accuracy
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and courteous manner
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
  • Provide administrative support to service advisors and other team members as needed
  • Ensure the front desk area is organized, tidy, and well-stocked
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to customer inquiries

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Bi-lingual skills are a plus, but not required
