Adult Services Coordinator

At The Kennedy Collective Inc, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate DSP Adult Services professional to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing direct support and advocacy for individuals with unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered support and advocacy for individuals, promoting their well-being, growth, and development.
- Ensure the implementation of individualized support plans, adhering to Kennedy Collective and DDS regulations.
- Supervise and coordinate daily living skills, including personal care, recreation, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Administer medications in accordance with DDS regulations and ensure timely communication with colleagues, supervisors, families, and guardians.
- Record and maintain accurate records in Therap, including data entry, case notes, and updated contacts.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office and the internet
