We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting and Financial Support professional to join our team at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest Washington. As a key member of our finance department, you will provide critical support to our Director of Finance and Administration, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely payments
  • Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and financial support
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and other financial software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
