Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Collections Specialist to join our team. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving delinquent customer accounts by initiating collection activities, processing credit card payments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate collection activities on past due accounts through calls, letters, and emails
  • Process credit card payments, including posting to accounts and logging activity
  • Provide top-notch customer account management by maintaining accurate account information and data
  • Communicate with Customer Service Center employees to verify and correct posted items
  • Analyze accounts receivable information to determine priority and produce aging reports

Requirements
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent training and experience
