Job Title: Engineering Support Specialist

Columbia Machine World Headquarters is seeking an experienced Engineering Support Specialist to join our team. As an Engineering Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to the Concrete Products Engineering department, ensuring the smooth operation of our engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Concrete Products Engineering staff with administrative duties, including maintaining customer files, scanning customer information, and creating project folders.
  • Organize and enter accurate data into Vault-tool, Infor M3, TicketTracker, and Quote Manager databases.
  • Maintain and track requests generated by CP-Assembly, FAB, Machine Shop, Parts, and Purchasing departments.
  • Complete expense reports and credit card reconciliations for Mechanical & Electrical staff.
  • Maintain (2nd floor) supplies inventory, checking levels, tracking needed supplies, and expediting orders.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
  • 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, Infor M3, Vault Tool, Ticket Tracker, and Quote Manager.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in an office environment, protected from weather conditions or contaminants. Safety glasses and hearing protection may be required in certain situations.
