In this role, you will be responsible for providing front-desk reception coverage and general administrative support in a complex academic/clinical environment. Your duties may include:

  • Acting on behalf of the supervisor or department manager to establish priorities and resolve problems
  • Overseeing and performing duties associated with scheduling, organizing, and operating complex conferences, seminars, and events
  • Composing and drafting documents and correspondence for presentations, course handouts, grants, conferences, seminars, and reports

Your estimated salary for this position will be between $39.46 and $44.30 per hour, based on your qualifications and experience.
