  • Directly supervise multiple non-exempt Housekeeping staff, including assistant executive housekeepers, suite inspectors, and housemen.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Property Management and Business Services, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Recruit, train, and develop Housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in Housekeeping or a related field.
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and reducing costs.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
