Job Title: Maintenance/Housekeeping Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance/Housekeeping Director to oversee the maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry departments at our healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry departments to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of facilities and equipment.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous managerial experience in a SNF setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time, salaried position with evening/weekend commitments as needed.
