Job Description

As an Assistant Studio Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our studio experience team and supporting overall studio operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless execution of company-wide initiatives, operational procedures, and safety protocols within the studio.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Clinical Provider to foster a culture of inclusivity and respect among team members and clients, aligning with Peachy's core values.
  • Coach and develop a team of Studio Experience Specialists, providing ongoing feedback and support to ensure exceptional client experiences.
  • Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to promote the studio within the community and drive engagement with potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional client service, answering questions about Peachy treatment options and promoting after-care products.
  • Communicate effectively with the remote Customer Service team to maintain client schedules and ensure seamless appointment management.
  • Ensure the studio is well-maintained, including replenishing products, maintaining the stock room, and cleaning common areas.
  • Adhere to infection control standards, including hand hygiene, PPE use, and equipment disinfection/sterilization, while maintaining a strong commitment to HIPAA privacy practices.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in a leadership/management role in the hospitality, high-end retail, or wellness services industry.
  • Proven experience in local marketing and community outreach, with a track record of increasing business visibility and client acquisition through grassroots efforts.
  • Flexibility to work in multiple studio locations within a reasonable distance from your home studio.
  • Availability to work a full-time schedule, including four 10-hour shifts per week, with Saturday, Sunday, and some holiday availability required.
  • Minimum of 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent kneeling, bending, sitting, and standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Proficiency in operating standard office equipment and technology.

The target base pay for the Assistant Studio Manager role in New York, NY is $25.00/hour USD. Peachy may pay more or less based on factors including relevant experience, qualifications, and location. This range may be modified in the future.
