Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care by responding to patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records.

  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient patient flow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic information, medical history, and treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-high school education preferred.
