Job Summary

SERV Behavioral Health System is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Manager to join our team. As a key member of our residential services team, you will be responsible for providing on-site direct behavioral health care services to clients with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing oversight to home operations, including staff supervision, operational administration, home management, and therapeutic intervention.
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment, adhering to all safety standards, government regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Collaborating with the Office of Licensing and Division in any inspection or investigation.
  • Acting as a liaison and advocating for community resources to support clients and their families.

Requirements:

  • Master's level practitioner with 1 year's experience working with youth with IDD challenges.
  • Previous supervisory experience required.
  • Valid driver's license in the state of residence.
  • Ability to complete a physical, drug screen, and background check.
