SERV Behavioral Health System is seeking a highly skilled Residential Manager to provide on-site direct behavioral health care services to clients with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight to home operations, including staff supervision, operational administration, home management, and therapeutic intervention.
- Develop and implement daily structure and coverage plans to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Communicate significant behavioral changes and notable incidents to designated supervisory personnel.
- Act as a liaison and advocate for community resources.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, government regulations, and corporate policies.
Requirements:
- Master's level practitioner with 1 year's experience working with youth with IDD challenges.
- Previous supervisory experience required.
- Valid driver's license in the state of residence.
- Ability to complete a physical, drug screen, and background check.
