We are currently in search of a Systems Administrator - Subject Matter Expert (SME) to enhance our capabilities in the Washington, DC area.

Job Overview:

As a Systems Administrator - SME at The One 23 Group, your responsibilities will include:

  • Architecting, deploying, configuring, securing, monitoring, and managing diverse cloud-based infrastructure components across various cloud service providers.
  • Installing, configuring, upgrading, and maintaining operating systems including Red Hat Enterprise Linux, CENTOS, and Windows Server.
  • Overseeing enterprise-level web analytics platforms utilizing PHP, MySQL, Apache, and additional technologies.
  • Diagnosing and resolving intricate system, network, and database challenges.
  • Conducting system health assessments, backups, and security patch applications.
  • Creating and managing user accounts along with access control protocols.
  • Designing and implementing custom scripts for inventory management and reporting.
  • Offering technical expertise on web analytics technologies to program and senior leadership.
  • Ensuring system accreditation and adherence to security protocols.
  • Coordinating infrastructure provisioning as required.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of relevant professional experience.

Preferred Skills/Certifications:

  • Thorough understanding of web ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in PHP, Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
  • Experience with high-traffic web servers, AWS cloud technologies, and encryption methodologies.
  • Background in software/web development and database management.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, Web Services, SQL, and MySQL.
  • Experience with Enterprise Services such as GEOAxIS, VDSS, Active Directory, DNS, etc.

Security Clearance:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance (mandatory)
