The Construction Operations Supervisor will oversee all aspects of jobsite activities, ensuring that construction operations are executed efficiently and effectively while managing field personnel to achieve project goals within the designated timeline and budget. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager in directing project workflows to align with schedules and budgets.
  • Communicate project priorities effectively to subcontractors.
  • Identify challenges and implement solutions to maintain project timelines.
Quality Assurance
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship that meets project specifications.
  • Develop and manage project schedules.
  • Oversee final inspections and punch lists.
  • Interpret and analyze construction plans accurately.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Promote and enforce safety protocols on job sites.
  • Travel within the region may be required as necessary.
  • Manage projects ranging from tenant improvements ($500k-1M) to ground-up constructions ($1-15M).
  • Project types include:
  • Ground-up and build-out commercial retail spaces.
  • Medical offices, restaurants, mixed-use developments, and other consumer-related projects.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in on-site supervision of commercial construction projects.
  • Preferred experience in ground-up commercial projects valued between $1-3 million.
  • Experience in tenant improvements and interior projects is essential.
  • A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Reliable transportation is preferred; a vehicle may be provided if necessary.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000.
  • Significant bonus program based on project performance.
