Role Overview
As a growing organization, we are in search of a full-time Business Operations Supervisor responsible for the effective management of all back-office operations.
Additionally, this position entails overseeing accounts payable processes, annual royalty distributions, tax procedures, budget management, and forecasting, with a focus on enhancing efficiency across all supervised areas.
This individual will also act as the financial liaison during the acquisitions process and will be the primary contact for freelancers.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborating with vendors, customers, and clients
- Analyzing and reporting on sales, marketing, inventory, and other company metrics
- Managing company financial, operational, and legal documentation and processes
- Submitting files and orders to vendors to ensure smooth printing and inventory operations
- Overseeing staff, meetings, payroll, HR, budget, and company systems
- Handling administrative tasks with contractors: managing hiring, onboarding, scheduling, logistics, work-for-hire agreements, and payments
- Creating project profit and loss statements, soliciting bids for print runs, and managing printing processes
- Leading a team consisting of the marketing manager, creative director, and web developer to build and maintain company websites for optimal performance
- Assisting the president with sales leads, meetings, and travel arrangements

Education and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in operations or executive administration
- Proven history of remote work
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $55,000–$72,000
SIMPLE IRA: matching 3% contribution after one year of employment
