Reporting to the manager, the Site Supervisor will lead a team of professionals and support staff, ensuring the implementation of clinic policies and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage staff across designated clinic locations, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate Performance Improvement initiatives to uphold high standards of patient care.
  • Ensure sufficient staffing, supplies, and equipment for effective clinic operations.
  • Maintain accurate records, complete necessary reports, and uphold confidentiality standards.
  • Address work-related issues to enhance patient service quality, collaborating closely with physicians and management.
  • Participate in meetings, committees, and professional development activities as required.
  • Assist with clerical functions as needed to support operational efficiency.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and direct personnel activities, including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Address employee concerns, implement disciplinary actions when necessary, and cultivate a positive work environment.

Requirements:
