This role is accountable for the management of various financial functions, including profit oversight and financial forecasting and reporting. It involves providing insights and analyses of financial performance metrics. The position identifies trends and recommends strategies for enhancing profitability, focusing on revenue, margin, expense management, and working capital.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze key drivers of variances compared to previous fiscal results and assist with cost monitoring, product equities, frequencies, and other statistical data pertinent to price management.
- Identify underperforming clients and suppliers, analyzing the main factors affecting profitability.
- Advise management on strategies to enhance profitability.
- Conduct detailed analyses of expense drivers and variances compared to prior results and forecasts, identifying opportunities for cost control and expense reduction.
- Support local CFO and market CFO in executing the financial forecast.
- Ensure that overall trends and the effects of key initiatives are accurately represented in the forecast.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or economics is required.
- An MBA is preferred.
Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis and/or accounting is required.
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
- CPA designation is preferred.
Professional Skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in financial reporting software and strong computer skills.
DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY
Key decisions made independently:
- Utilize strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Play a significant role in the annual AOP process.
Key decisions made with review and approval of supervisors:
- Participate in the recruitment and training of finance associates.
- Oversee performance management and development of finance associates.
