About the Role
The Tendit Group delivers a broad spectrum of infrastructure and property maintenance solutions to property managers, contractors, and municipalities.

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional will play a vital role within our CFO Services Team, collaborating across all divisions to enhance profitability, scalability, and data-driven insights.

We seek an individual capable of analyzing historical data, forecasting future trends, and partnering with our finance and operational leadership to guide projects from conception to execution.

The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, adept at processing and summarizing extensive unstructured data to produce valuable insights and recommendations.

What You Will Do
• Manage data aggregation and analytics of division-level operating profit and loss statements.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of information, monitor the realization of synergies and pro forma adjustments.
• Prepare materials for the leadership team for monthly operational reviews.
• Develop, track, and monitor operational and financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in formulating annual operating budgets and forecasts.
• Evaluate divisional pricing strategies and cost management opportunities.
• Utilize diverse information sources to create solutions and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Support the CFO in all FP&A functions, strategic initiatives, and potential acquisitions.
What You Will Need
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or professional certification (CFA, CMA) is advantageous.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within a corporate setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
