Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our sales team at Syringa Networks LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing new customers and business contacts, demonstrating industry knowledge in the "As A Service" products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing New Customers: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Partnering with Channel Agents: Collaborate with our channel agent partners to customize solutions and drive revenue growth.
  • Client Support: Provide support to clients with vendor relationships and help them navigate the "as-a-service" market.
  • Technical Demonstrations: Coordinate technical demonstrations of "as-a-service" offerings to clients and partners.
  • Market Advisory: Advise clients on the "as-a-service" market in multiple technology domains.
  • Vendor Comparison: Aid in composing comparison matrices based on features and requirements, and aid in the creation of vendor score cards for RFI and RFP campaigns.
  • Complex Project Sourcing: Consult and help clients source complex multi-technology, multi-vendor projects.
  • Contract Review: Review contracts, NDA's, MSA's, and order forms to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Professional Development: Attend educational training courses and industry seminars to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Sales Performance: Meet sales targets through business planning and execution.

Requirements:

  • Education: A degree in business administration or telecommunications, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, engineering, and executive leadership in business or IT operations.
  • Sales Track Record: A proven track record of selling into enterprise accounts.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the "as-a-service" and technology broker market.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, with a basic knowledge of computer systems, Microsoft modern work suite, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics, and HubSpot.
  • Travel and Remote Work: Ability to travel and effectively work remotely as needed.
