Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our operations team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage office activities, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to our managers and employees
- Assist with daily office needs and manage general administrative activities
- Office Management
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Communication
- Write and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Travel and Expenses
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- General Support
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment and software
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
