Key Responsibilities:

  • Ship packages and materials
  • Track projects and deadlines
  • Organize and maintain a clean and efficient workspace
  • Run errands and provide personal assistance to executives
  • Manage and handle unique projects

Requirements:

  • Experience in processing certificates of insurance
  • Experience in multi-line phone systems
  • Multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Computer proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and other Microsoft programs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and friendly personality
  • Verified business references
  • Reliable vehicle for errands
  • At least 50 words per minute typing speed
