Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing professional to join our team at Total Respiratory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and expand our customer base.

In this role, you will work closely with our leadership team to identify new business opportunities, develop and implement marketing plans, and build strong relationships with referral sources and customers.

As a Sales and Marketing professional, you will be responsible for achieving monthly and annual revenue goals, managing direct and indirect sales channels, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

As a Sales and Marketing professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Achieving monthly and annual revenue goals
  • Developing and implementing marketing plans
  • Building strong relationships with referral sources and customers
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Representing the company at community functions and events
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, submitting weekly reports, and assuming full responsibility for your actions and professional skills.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high degree of integrity
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of direct sales and/or marketing experience in respiratory care, medical, or home health care
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance requirements (preferred)
  • Experience in marketing medical products (highly desirable)

You will also need to be highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work safely and accurately with minimal supervision.


Physical Requirements

This role requires extensive walking, driving, standing, lifting, carrying, and maneuvering equipment (up to 30 lbs.). You will also need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.


Schedule

This is a full-time position that requires a 40-hour work week. You will typically work 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday-Friday, but may be required to work after normal business hours and on weekends.
