Job Description

The NICU Charge Nurse is a critical role within our healthcare team at NavitsPartners. This position requires a highly skilled and experienced nurse leader who can oversee nursing staff and ensure that patients receive high-quality care.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage nursing staff in the NICU to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to promote best practices.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Current licensure as an RN with at least 4 years of experience in a NICU setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience supervising nursing staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Compensation Package

Estimated salary: $95,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
