Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Neonatology Nurse Practitioner to join our team at i4 Search Group Healthcare.

Estimated Salary:

$80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience and location in Dallas, Texas.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage patient care in neonatal intensive care units, including 12- and 24-hour shifts with varying patient loads.
  • Perform procedures and provide support during high-risk deliveries.
  • Cover night shifts with a team of NNPs, residents, fellows, and neonatologists.
  • Participate in inpatient rounds as part of the practice setting.
Requirements
  • AAPR certification with authorization to practice in Family, Adult, Pediatric, Neonatal, Psychiatric Mental Health, or Women's Health.
  • Experience working in a Level I Trauma facility with an EPIC EMR system.
  • Ability to work 72 weekend hours within a 6-week schedule, with flexible start dates available upon credentialed status.
