Texas Health Resources is seeking a highly qualified Neonatal Care Professional to join our team in the NICU department. As a Neonatal Care Professional, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the growth and development of our neonatal program.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring patients receive optimal care and support. You will also participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.

To be successful in this position, you must have a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology or a post-baccalaureate degree recognized by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. A Texas Speech Language Pathology License is required, and certification as a Neonatal Therapist is strongly preferred.

The estimated salary for this position is $**95,000 - $115,000 per year**, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include 401k, PTO, medical, dental, paid parental leave, flex spending, tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment assistance, and more.
