Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Healthcare Professional to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to children and their families.

This role offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) retirement plan with company match, paid time off (PTO), and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
  • Perform physician-ordered treatments, including:
    • Nutrition via feeding tube
    • Tracheostomy care
    • Suctioning nasal, oral, and/or endotracheal
    • Ventilation care
    • Seizure assessment and treatment
Requirements
  • Current, active Texas RN or LVN license
  • Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
  • G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willingness to train
  • Fluency in Spanish preferred
