We are seeking a skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team at a leading healthcare facility in the Metro Dallas Area. This role offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

About the Job
  • Attend high-risk deliveries, manage inpatient rounds, and perform various neonatal procedures.
  • Team Support: Night shift covers unit with support from 3-4 NNPs, resident, fellow, and neonatologist.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage patient care for neonates, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
  3. Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensed in Texas, with authorization to practice in Family, Adult, Pediatric, Neonatal, Psychiatric Mental Health, or Women's Health.
  • Active BLS and NRP certifications, or willingness to obtain.

Estimated Salary Range: $48.70-$82.79 per hour, based on experience.
