Job Opportunity

As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, you will be working in a high-level facility in Dallas, Texas. This is a permanent position with opportunities to manage patients and perform procedures. The role requires advanced clinical skills, including the ability to jump in on day one and cover 12- and 24-hour shifts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage 8-10 patients per day shift and 20-30 patients per night shift
• Perform procedures and attend high-risk deliveries
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care

**Requirements:**

• APRN with authorization to practice in Family, Adult, Pediatric, Neonatal, Psychiatric Mental Health, or Women's Health
• 4+ years of Level I NICU experience as an RN and/or NP
• Clean malpractice and license are required

**Benefits Package:**

Competitive salary range based on experience and training: $150,000 - $180,000 per year
$10,000 Sign-on Bonus
Relocation if the candidate lives 100+ miles outside of Dallas
