HVAC Service Operations Coordinator

Johnson Controls International is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our service operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating employee safety statistics, tracking safety training, and managing truck inventory counts. You will also generate on-call schedules, assist with customer surveys, and follow up on connected system needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee safety statistics and track safety training
  • Manage truck inventory counts and generate on-call schedules
  • Assist with customer surveys and follow up on connected system needs
  • Work with the Service Team Manager to ensure technical service work is completed in a timely manner
  • Analyze and assess technical team performance to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, plus a minimum of five years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external clients
  • Ability to prioritize work activities based on financial impact to desired business goals
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Experience in project accounting or costing principles is desired
