This position is part of our commitment to eradicating domestic violence by providing survivors with the tools they need to achieve economic security and independence.

Job Description
  • Design and implement an economic empowerment program that addresses the unique needs of MSP clients.
  • Grow existing economic programs, ensuring their effectiveness and sustainability.
  • Deliver one-on-one financial counseling sessions, helping clients set and achieve financial goals.
  • Analyze client needs and develop metrics to measure the success of economic empowerment efforts.
  • Nurture partnerships to support program and client success.
  • Connect clients with additional resources, including financial assistance, legal support, and community services.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
  • Organize and lead group workshops on financial literacy topics.
  • Foster collaboration with internal teams and external agencies for comprehensive support.
