Role Summary:

The Personal Lines Account Manager serves as the primary liaison for both existing and prospective clients within the Personal Lines Digital Service Insurance division. This position is pivotal in fostering client relationships, promoting services, and assisting in the remarketing initiatives for our clientele. The Account Manager will also engage with other insurance professionals to address the business needs of their clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for current and potential clients.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients and understand their business requirements.
  • Advocate for services, design tailored portfolios, and provide consultative advice to prospective clients.
  • Maintain professional relationships with other industry professionals to enhance market presence.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Producers, and senior Account Managers to meet sales and service objectives.
  • Assist in crafting presentations and proposals for clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and client understanding to engage effectively with customers.

Qualifications:

  • Must be currently licensed or able to obtain licensure to market and bind coverage within 90 days.
  • Operate under the guidance and support of Account Executives, Producers, and senior Account Managers.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with AMS or similar software.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Capable of managing multiple customer-related tasks simultaneously.

Education and Experience:

  • A college or university degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines or commercial insurance.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing an assigned customer portfolio.

Compensation:
