Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize exceptional relationship-building skills to establish trust with clients, ensuring retention and loyalty.
  • Prospect for new business through various channels including referrals, networking, and lead databases.

Qualifications
  • No prior insurance experience is necessary; a background in sales is preferred.
  • An insurance license is required for the position, but not needed to apply. We offer assistance with licensing.
  • Basic knowledge of computer software is essential.
  • Must be an ambitious self-starter capable of working collaboratively.
  • Set and pursue performance goals to meet or exceed targets, ensuring client satisfaction.
