Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize exceptional relationship-building skills to foster trust with clients, ensuring retention and loyalty to our products.

  • Meet or exceed sales quotas set by management while growing revenue through effective communication methods.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for cross-selling and account expansion.
  • Address client objections and concerns skillfully, using a consultative approach to provide solutions and secure their confidence in our services.

Qualifications
  • No prior insurance experience is necessary; a background in sales is preferred.
  • An insurance license is required for the position, but it is not necessary to apply. We offer assistance with licensing.
  • Basic knowledge of computer software is required.
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative setting.
  • Ability to set and pursue performance goals to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
